Starting in 2003, changes in the assessment pages have been made. VTAU no longer contains any information regarding fees, improvement activity, or certifications (i.e. garbage, sewer, water, etc.). To view those fees please refer to the VTSP page. To view any future activity on that data please refer to VTFD.

A summary of fees, showing total charges, total credits, and the balance due, can be found on the VTTX screen.

Delinquent fees, certifications, and taxes can be found in the redemption index using PIRD. Please note that any unpaid taxes listed on VTTU will not be updated on the VTTU. You must refer to the PIRD for updated payment information.

Training sessions consist of overviews of the Salt Lake County Recorder's Office Website, and descriptions of how each page may be used to gather information. Also included are overviews of the mainframe commands that can be used by our users, and the information that may be gained from each page, as well as techniques for navigating between mainframe screens.

Training will be held on Tuesdays at 10 am, and will last approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

There is a limit of 10 people per session -- the first 10 subscribers to sign up.
